This month, the Sales Team of a leading European Metal Products Manufacturing and Trading Company, with its headquarters near Eindhoven, has successfully gone live, with Sales Forecasting using SAP APO Demand Planning.
The solution is automating and improving the complete Sales Forecasting process, replacing a considerable number of Excel sheets. The whole Sales Forecasting Improvement Project (Design, Build & Test) was completed in about 4 months.
