NEWS: "Sapply Chain Pilot" guides Tyre Company, into a more sophisticated “Order Promising” solution.

This month, the Sales- & Customer Service Team of a leading International Tyres Company, has successfully gone live, with advanced Order Promising logic, using SAP APO Global ATP “Product Allocation”.

The solution is automatically allocating the available supply to a number of priority groups. At order entry, Sales- and Stock Transport orders are automatically assigned to a certain priority group and are promised against remaining allocation quantities. The whole “Order Promising” Improvement Project (Design, Build & Test) was completed in about 4 months.
