NEWS: Consulting partner: "Sapply Chain Pilot" helped guiding a leading “Gas- and Renewal Energy Company” through their "S/4 Hana ERP initial project phase"

During the initial phase of the project, which started in 2019,

·         the “as-is business processes” for each Business Unit were analyzed and documented,

·         the “to-be business process master list” was constructed, together with the involved Business Units,

·         and the SAP ERP Solution Landscape was determined (Solutioning).

The next phase of the project, will start this month and will deliver the detailed Process & Solution Design for the Global SAP S/4 Hana ERP template. This phase will be followed by a Global SAP S/4 Hana ERP template Build & Test phase.

The new SAP S/4 Hana ERP solution will eventually benefit the company with: real-time, fully integrated core ERP business processes, harmonized KPI’s and better business insights.
