NEWS: Consulting partner: "Sapply Chain Pilot" guides a leading “Gas- and Renewal Energy Company” through their “Install to Maintain” ERP blueprint phase

During the design phase of the project, which started in Q1 2020, the “to-be business processes” for each Business Unit were discussed in online design workshops. The agreed “to-be” business processes were documented in so called busines process design documents.

The next phase of the project, “the build phase”, started in December 2020 and will deliver the Global SAP S/4 Hana ERP template solution. This phase will end with a period of testing, followed by business user approval.

Throughout 2021, projects will be launched for several Business Unit’s, to further localize the solution.

The new SAP S/4 Hana ERP solution will eventually benefit the company with: real-time, fully integrated core ERP business processes, harmonized KPI’s and better business insights.
